Shipping Information (Excluding Vanities, Mirrors, Baths & Basins)

While we know shipping costs are an annoying extra (we hate them too) we do our best to keep the rates as low as possible. The below is an all-inclusive rate and you will not be charged more than what is stated below.

Expected delivery times:

• Within Auckland is 1-2 days
• North Island 2-3 days
• South Island 3-5 days

In regards to delivery, we are at the mercy of the courier companies so in busy times the above timelines may be affected. We will do our best to keep you updated with any delays we become aware of and are more than happy to help you if a shipment is taking longer than expected.

Small Items

• Free delivery for orders over $250, New Zealand Wide*

On all orders over $250, we offer free delivery to any non-rural address in New Zealand**. 
*This excludes any bulky items such as Furniture, Furniture Legs.

• $11 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders under $250

On orders that are under $250 we charge a $11* courier fee for all non-rural addresses.


Bulky Items
Furniture Legs, Clocks, Shelfs & Brackets (basically any item that doesn’t fit in a standard courier bag)

• North Island - $28
• South Island - $40

Filled Session Bean Bag Delivery 

Delivery currently is limited to the Auckland Region only and excludes the islands of the Hauraki Gulf. This service is solely at the discretion of C S Studios
